The Story of the Shootsac Shoulder Pad
The Shootsac accessory item has been TOPS on everyone's wish list for months now. We looked high and low for a Shoulder Pad that actually did the job and... looked good doing it. Turns out that THIS was a very tall order. WE wanted a sleek shoulder pad that was comfortable for narrow shoulders as well as broad ones. We wanted a shoulder pad that would stay put when you pull the Shootsac around to the front to retrieve a lens or push it behind your back for an active shooting session. We wanted increased comfort without loads of bulk. This was a classic example of function dictating style. Eventually we realized that we weren't going to find what we wanted... so we designed our very own to perfectly complement your SHOOTSAC LENS BAG. I sent Jessica Claire the first functional prototype. She gave it rave reviews and started getting us in trouble with Shootsac owners almost immediately. Changing the way you shoot
The bag is made of the finest wetsuit grade neoprene available, providing the ultimate in comfort and protection for your lenses. The Shootsac is lightweight, weighing just 7oz., and built to conform to your body and move with you. Unlike traditional bulky camera bags which transport your gear and then end up on the ground in a corner, the slim Shootsac is designed to be worn while you shoot providing quick and easy access to 3-6 lenses, flashes and other shooting necessities. The Shootsac is NOT designed to replace your camera bag or hold your camera with a lens attached. It is however your ticket to a more mobile shooting style, filled with creative options beyond the confines of your rolling bag.
The fastest lens changing bag
Having a variety of lenses with you is only half the battle. Being able to get to those lenses quickly is the key. Easy one-handed access to your lenses was a big consideration in the design of this product. While the 6 neoprene pockets are meant to help you hold your shooting necessities at the ready while you work, we recommend filling the front three pockets with the lenses you need, and using the back 3 pockets (which include safety snaps) for things like extra cards, batteries, flashes, cell phone, business cards, bottled water, etc. The front pockets have hidden elastic inserts that allow them to stretch to accommodate a wide variety of lens shapes, lengths and widths.
Look good, shoot great
The bag comes with an interchangeable neoprene cover, which does two things. For those fast paced lens changing shooters, the cover keeps the glass covered so you can work cap free. The cover also does a great job of camouflaging the tell-tale bumps and bulges of a bag full of camera gear. Once the action gets hot and heavy, the cover can be folded back against the photographer's body so that the 3 lens pockets are easily accessible. Adding any one of the interchangeable True Color Fashion Covers to your Shootsac allows you to completely change the look of the lens bag to match your brand, the job, or your mood. Additionally, all True Color covers come with microsuede lens cleaning cloth to make swapping lenses on the go even more convenient.
Shipping & Returns
If you received an incorrect item and need to exchange it, email us at email@example.com. Please write EXCHANGE REQUEST in the subject line of your e-mail. Items must be in unused condition and accompanied by a copy of your invoice. You must enclose a copy of your invoice to prevent delay in processing your exchange. We'll refund the shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
If you believe that there may be a defect in your product due to manufacturer's error, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that the subject line reads MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT. You will receive additional return information upon contacting us. We will address each situation individually, but in most cases, we will gladly ship you a replacement product and a return label and box. We appreciate your business and it is our intention to support your photography with a great product.
Note we are unable to ensure 100% accurate photographic representations of the fabric covers on this website and on your monitor. Therefore, please be careful when selecting your fabric covers. If additional information is needed regarding fabric color, pattern, print, and/or texture; please contact us at email@example.com prior to purchasing. Because our inventory is in constant flux, it is not possible to offer exchanges for covers. If you are unhappy with your selection, please follow the return procedure listed below and then visit us online again to purchase the cover you prefer.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Shootsac purchase, please let us know immediately. Returns are to be made at customer's expense within 30 days of original purchase. All returned items are subject to a $6.00 restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items must be in new and unused condition and accompanied by a note stating the reason for your return and a copy of your invoice.You must enclose a copy of your invoice to prevent delay in processing your return and issuing you your refund. If it is a cover you are returning, please use the box in which it came, or a box that will accommodate its full size without needing to be folded more times than how it was delivered to you.We cannot accept returned covers that have been folded to fit inside an envelope, nor can we issue refunds for these items. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your refund once your return is received. We require that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to attempting to return your items. Make sure that the subject line reads ATTENTION RETURNS, and the body of your e-mail includes your order number and reason for the return.
In many cases, if this procedure is followed, we will be able to process your refund before receiving your returned item. The best way to ensure this is to provide us a tracking number for your return. This will ensure that your return reaches our shipping company and there is no delay in processing your refund. It is important that you DO NOT attempt to return an item to the shipping company without notifying us first, because your refund may be lost or severely delayed.
